1. Data controller

2. What data we process

This website has no forms and creates no accounts. We only process the data you give us when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, such as your name, number, email, business name and the content of your message.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare the free analysis you request.
• To send you a proposal and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice our services.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when you contact us and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). If we work together, performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations such as tax rules.

5. How long we keep it

Data from contacts who do not become clients is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the statutory retention periods.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data. We use providers to communicate with you (WhatsApp by Meta, email by Google), acting as processors. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing nick@adfluencers.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the Dutch authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
